1 Andrew Place has been home for many decades to creatives working in furniture design, art, sculpture, and picture framing. The 1,000+ square foot first floor of our Victorian warehouse is available to hire for art exhibitions. With easy access from the yard and able to accommodate large works, this is a very flexible space for solo or group shows.
